Want to get your new venture off the ground with a bang?
Then join Max Comfort FRSA for a series of Business Planning Action learning sessions at The Exchange.
Whether you are a group of people trying to get a new initiative off the ground or an individual with an idea for a new enterprise, this series of group sessions run over a couple of months, is just what you need to plan and execute your venture.
The sessions are designed to firstly de-mystify the process of writing a Business Plan and to enable participants to write their own simple and effective Business Plan
Max commented that the tailored sessions are ideal for people struggling with business planning and who would benefit from some support. He said: "Action learning sets help participants fully own and understand all aspects of their Business Plan, including Marketing, USP, Logistics, Costs, Income potential, Action Planning, Financial Management and Cashflow Projections, and can effectively present their Business Model to others."
The programme is made up of four 2 hour sessions over lunchtime, based on the highly successful model developed by Max Comfort for Deutsche Bank and their Pyramid Awards scheme in major London Arts and Performing Arts Colleges. Sessions will be interactive, with members of the group supporting each other with ideas, information and encouragement
·
The number of participants will be limited to 10, in order that everyone gets maximum benefit and the first session will take place on 11th February.
This programme is available at a subsidised cost of £99 to include all support, refreshments and materials.

Local Enterprising Women To Receive Exceptional Support
The Social Enterprise Centre is launching a new business support group for local women involved in enterprise. The Action Learning Group will meet once a month for five months and will focus on the growth and development of the individual delegates businesses and work.
The group is perfect for people running their own business or those juggling paid work with self-employment and who wish to become clearer about what their long-term enterprise aims and aspirations are.
If you want to move forward but don't know how or keep facing challenges or barriers to growing your business interest, whether it is just beginning or has been running for sometime, then this opportunity is for you.
The group will include no more than 8 local women, plus a trained action learning facilitator and is a supportive and friendly environment in which to explore and develop your business plans for 2010.
Programme Manager, Clare Mahdiyone has been organising these groups for over three years and feels they are beneficial in a number of ways. "Firstly it is very lonely and isolating working on your own, so the group creates a supporting environment from the off, but it also builds as the months go by to help delegates plan a way forward and creates a sound a basis for business development."
This ever popular opportunity is priced at £125 for all five sessions and will start on Wednesday 17th March 2010 and will run monthly from 5.30pm - 7.30pm at The Exchange, to find out more or to book a place call (01453) 762271 or alternatively email clare@secglos.org.uk
